Our injection molding workshop is fully equipped with more than 30 injection molding machines spanning from 20 to 780 tons. This comprehensive range of molding machines including single-color/two-color injection molding machines and high-speed/low-speed injection molding machine is mainly from Haitian and Nissei brands, allowing us to produce a variety of molded parts and plastic products continuously. Every single injection molding machine has a top entry robot, significantly improving production efficiency, lowering labor intensity and guaranteeing the quality stability of products. Coupled with three assembly lines and one screen printing line, our seasoned assembly professionals are large enough to handle various plastic products and parts production. Our aim is to help customers shorten the time to launch products, optimize the production yield, maximize their savings in investment and reducing the risk of supply chain management.
